At VFX Dudes, we’re committed to delivering high-quality VFX, animation, CGI, and post-production services. Our process is tailored, resource-intensive, and built around each client's unique vision. This refund policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency in all engagements.
Refund Eligibility
Custom VFX, CGI, Animation, and Post-Production Services
Due to the customized nature of our work, refunds for completed or in-progress services are not guaranteed. Eligibility is determined based on the project agreement, stage of production, and milestones completed at the time of the request.
Any requests made after final delivery or after substantial project progress will generally not be eligible for a refund.
Advance Payments
All advance payments are strictly non-refundable, as they cover project initiation, scheduling, resource allocation, and early-stage development.

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
Advance payments
Creative development, concepting, and strategy work once initiated
Delivered VFX, CGI, or animated assets
Digital assets, files, or previews sent for client approval
Any delays or pauses caused by client-side approvals, revisions, or feedback gaps

Our team will assess the request within 14 business days. If applicable, partial refunds may be offered based on unutilized work hours or incomplete deliverables.
