Project Scope 

Pre-production 

• VFX Dudes reviewed the official MC script and conference narrative to align the visual direction with the theme “Empowering Cancer Care with AI: From Innovation to Impact”. 

• Developed the concept of an AI generated main character to deliver a futuristic yet human centered introduction. 

• Created the visual mood, design approach, and animation style to match SEHA’s medical, scientific, and innovation driven identity. 

• Ensured the creative concept supported a premium conference experience for international delegates. 

  
  

Production 

• Designed and animated the AI main character with realistic facial expressions and controlled delivery. 

• Produced a full CGI opening sequence with medical holograms, abstract oncology elements, and AI inspired motion. 

• Built high quality visuals optimized for large LED screens inside Conrad Etihad Towers. 

• Followed the conference script closely to ensure every visual moment supported the narrative shared by the speaker  

  
  

Post-production

• Enhanced the character animation with polished lighting, textures, and movement. 

• Added cinematic holographic layers, data particles, and medical themed 3D elements. 

• Synced the visuals with the MC voiceover and stage timing. 

• Delivered a final master video suitable for live presentation, ensuring clarity and visual impact in a large auditorium environment.

• The video became the signature opening of the 13th Emirates Oncology Conference, viewed by more than 3,000 delegates, 147 speakers, and 30 international experts. 

• The futuristic visuals reinforced SEHA’s leadership in AI driven cancer care, precision medicine, and advanced healthcare systems. 

• The production elevated the event with a modern, cinematic identity aligned with the UAE’s innovation goals.
